Airline and private aircraft crash?

This section is for you if you have been injured, or your spouse, child, parent, relative or a close friend has been injured or killed in an airline or private aircraft crash. We care and understand your grief over such a tragic loss and we offer these questions and answers to inform you of your rights in the hope that you will retain us to recover your money damages. The Griffin mission is to recover for you the money damages the law allows for such a loss.

What should I do if I want to make a claim?

You should hire an attorney immediately to be sure your legal rights are protected and to meet important time limits for filing the claim.

What should I do If I'm an asked by an insurance adjuster, government agent, or news reporter to make a recorded statement?

Try not to make any statement without your attorney's counsel and advice because this communication may be very important later on in your claim. Do not give an insurance adjuster or airline investigator a recorded statement. You have the right to have your attorney's counsel before you respond to any inquiry from an insurance adjuster, government agent, or news reporter. A simple reply of "no comment" is practical and appropriate under the circumstances.

What should I do if I'm asked to sign documents?

Do not sign any documents even documents presented by various government agencies without your attorney's counsel and advice because these documents like the recorded statement may be very important later on in your claim.

How are your legal fees paid?

We collect a fee only if we recover money damages for you. We charge a 'contingent fee' which is a percentage of the total amount of the settlement we recover. We advance the costs, on your behalf, to investigate and prosecute your claim. If we don't recover money damages for you, you owe us nothing. Our fee and recovery of our funds advanced for costs are contingent upon the recovery of money damages for you either through settlement or by a court judgment.
